She then stated it’s because they don’t know what’s in the bottle. I’m not disturbing mine or anyone’s safety & security by drinking my own water. I told her I have never been told this before now, I felt this was a very stupid rule/policy. Again, no introduction, name or identification was presented, so I assumed this young woman was the previous employee’s supervisor. A minute later another young woman approached me, repeated the same thing about No water bottles are allowed.
I asked if she was joking? She replied No, and would I like to speak to a supervisor? I replied Yes, I’d like to have a supervisor explain this as she failed to do so. Odd that No introduction, name, or identification was presented, I assumed this young woman was a casino employee. A young women approached me and immediately stated that I was not allowed to drink water from my own bottle. (Both females who gave no names) This last trip to casino (August 28, 29, & 30th 2023) went well Monday & Tuesday, however Wednesday eve August 30th was different, I was approached about 11pm after I sat at a slot machine and took my mini 12oz Dasani plastic water bottle to sip.
A very disturbing encounter brought on by two of your Cliff Castle Casino security employees.
